Neues Feld im Dashboard Lange wurde sich von unseren Kunden eine Übersicht der erhaltenen Antworten gewünscht. Nun ist es soweit!  Wir haben endlich eine Automation, welche beim Start der Extension schaut, welche Antworten in den letzten 48 Stunden eingegangen sind. Anschließend werden die Personen mit der ReachOut Datenbank abgeglichen, wenn sie einer Kampagne zugeordnet werden können, wird es in einem zusätzlichen Diagramm angezeigt.  Zusätzlich haben wir uns dazu entschieden, im Aktivitäten Dashboard die Ansicht "Exportierte Unternehmen" zu entfernen. CSV-Upload überarbeitet Es kam in der Vergangenheit wiederholt zu Fehlern beim Upload einer .csv-Datei. Dass ihr mit einem Schlag bis zu 300 Leads nach ReachOut exportieren könnt, wisst ihr bereits. Nun haben wir die Extension dahingehend angepasst, dass du, wie bei der LinkedIn Suche, schon in dem Pop-Up die Leads direkt einer Kampagne hinzufügen kannst!  So sparst du dir Klicks und wichtige Zeit.
